Every iPhone at O&W Wireless is hand-checked before it's listed. Here's exactly what that means, so you know what you're getting before it arrives.
Our inspection checklist
- Battery health verified in Settings and listed in every product title
- IMEI and blacklist status checked where available and any known issues disclosed
- Carrier status checked in Settings and disclosed on the product listing when verified
- Activation Lock / iCloud status checked before sale
- Full function test: screen, touch, Face ID, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular
- Data wiped and reset to factory settings
Condition grades
- Like New: no visible wear
- Excellent: light signs of use, invisible when the screen is on
- Good: visible cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance
Every listing shows real photos of the actual phone you'll receive.
Warranty
Some phones come with a warranty. When one is included, the length and coverage are listed right on that phone's product page. If a phone doesn't mention a warranty, it's sold as described and covered by our return policy below.
Returns
If a phone is materially different from its listing or arrives with a significant undisclosed issue, contact O&W Wireless within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping
Tracked shipping is available across Canada. Shipping service and tracking depend on the option selected at checkout.
